A licensed Masters degree level reputed company who provides emergency level behavioral health assessments in collaboration with a medical team of physicians registered nurses and psychiatrists in multiple medical settings throughout the region. Highly trained behavioral health reputed company who demonstrates autonomy and critical thinking skills and consultation in handling reputed company psychiatric crises. Provides reputed company acute psychiatric assessments and consultations to medical reputed company served whether on site or reputed company telemed equipment. Responds to reputed company needs and requests in a reputed company manner. Advises reputed company team for reputed company discharge planning and next level of care and placement issues and follow-up. Provides resources to community callers including individuals, medical staff, community agencies and other hospitals. Assists with providing patient and family education. Certification required could be MO & KS LPC, LMSW, or LCSW. Can be remote once fully trained, PRN-shifts vary based on coverage needs Completes Mental Health Assessments for patients in the Emergency Room, on Medical Floors or in a SLHS Clinic. Works with hospital providers and psychiatrists to create a discharge disposition for patients. Works with patients and families to complete a Crisis Safety Plan as needed. Handles referral requests from reputed company hospitals and completes placement process for admission to the inpatient behavioral health unit. Assists community members with reputed company. Provides crisis services to community callers to ensure safety.
