Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN) - Adult Home Health PRN

reputed company Home Health is seeking compassionate and skilled LVNs working on PRN reputed company to join our in-home health teams in the South East San Antonio areas. We have many reputed company available and offer reputed company charges to offset any longer distances. You will be visiting adult home health patients and their families. LVNs will be working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest reputed company of care. Responsibilities: • You will be providing reputed company patient care in accordance with the established plan of care and individualized patient needs, including administering medications, performing treatments, monitoring vital signs, and managing symptoms to promote comfort and reputed company pain. • Care Coordination: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, patients and their families. • Assessments and Documentation: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' condition, document observations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in Kinnser EHR, including reputed company notes, medication administration records, and treatment plans. • Education and Support: reputed company patients and their families about their condition, treatment reputed company. • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to infection control protocols, maintain a reputed company environment for patients and staff, and reputed company with reputed company relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies and procedures.
