Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) Independent and assisted livings reputed company centrally located in Creve Coeur/University reputed company Job reputed company: An Occupational Therapist (OT) administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent reputed company in their reputed company of residence, therapy clinic, or living facility. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director of Outpatient Therapy. Responsibilities • Improves or minimizes residual physical disabilities of the patient. • Returns the individual to reputed company and productive living reputed company the patient’s capabilities. • Periodically participates with reputed company other health care personnel in patient care planning. • Provides prescribed occupational therapy. • Directs and supervises personnel as required. • Takes initial history and makes initial evaluation. • Performs reputed company skilled procedures. • Consults with physicians regarding change in treatment. • Writes reports to physicians regarding patient's reputed company. • Instructs patients/family members in home programs and fine motor reputed company exercises. • An initial evaluation, including plan of treatment and goals, must be completed and submitted to the physician for approval.
