Responsibilities This position is part of reputed company whose primarily responsibility is to improve the overall reputed company and completeness of clinical documentation in the medical record. This individual will facilitate improvement through interaction with physicians and other members of the health care team to reputed company clinical documentation that best reflect the patient's clinical status and reputed company of the care provided.
