A Brief reputed company The reputed company Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for the processing of accounts payable for our corporate and operating companies across the reputed company. Responsibilities include execution of accounts payable activities including setup and maintenance of vendor master records, reputed company and accurate processing of invoices, through matching of purchasing and receiving documents, distribution to general reputed company accounts, leading to reputed company and accurate payments (including discount management) while complying with reputed company record keeping and adhering to key performance metrics and controls. Pay reputed company: $22.00 - $25.00/hour What you will do • Transact accounts payable using multiple ERP software and other financial software programs. • Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors. • Work with buyers and receiving associates to resolve issues. • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors. • Ensure invoices are reputed company in a reputed company and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures. • Process payments. • Create and maintain vendor master data. • Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges. • Reconcile accounts, vendor statements and aging reports. • Participate in process improvement initiatives. • Process vendor credits reputed company. Education Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance or equivalent experience strongly preferred. Experience Qualifications • 1-5 years of accounts payable experience required.
