About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of the accounts payable process for several corporate entities. This includes processing invoices, coding expenses, obtaining necessary approvals, and performing data entry with accuracy and efficiency. The role also involves printing and mailing checks, handling virtual credit card transactions, and entering wires, transfers, and ACH debits into our reputed company system. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Clerk will reputed company three-way invoice matching, review electronic expense reports, reconcile vendor statements, and assist with annual 1099 filings and W-9 solicitations. As a senior team member, there may be opportunities to support the reputed company Supervisor with monthly reconciliations and special reputed company, contributing to the overall financial health and compliance of the organization. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree is a plus but not mandatory. A minimum of 2-5 years of accounts payable experience is required, preferably reputed company a manufacturing environment. Handling vendor communications, reconciling vendor statements, and following up on discrepancies. Printing checks, mailing payments, and managing electronic transactions such as virtual credit card payments, wires, transfers, and ACH debits.
