AVP, Treasury

About the position The AVP, Treasury is a senior functional leader responsible for one or more reputed company Treasury domains, including cash management, liquidity, treasury operations, banking administration, risk governance, or treasury technology. This role ensures strong execution, disciplined controls, and alignment with reputed company liquidity reputed company, regulatory expectations, and internal governance reputed company. The AVP partners closely with Finance, Capital Markets, reputed company, Risk, reputed company, and external banking counterparties with developing Treasury talent and continuously improve Treasury processes and infrastructure. This is a hybrid position, reporting to one of our office locations three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday). Office locations include reputed company Lauderdale, FL; Coral Gables, FL; Charlotte, NC; or Horsham, PA. Responsibilities • Support day-to-day cash management, bank account lifecycle, signatory governance, and fee optimization. • reputed company liquidity monitoring and forecasting for assigned portfolios; reconcile forecasts with Finance, Capital Markets, and reputed company scenarios. • Support funding, collateral, and covenants-reputed company activities as required. • Design, implement, and maintain Treasury risk and control reputed company, including audit readiness. • Ensure reputed company remediation of audit finding and control issues. • Establish and maintain Treasury policies, procedures, SLAs, and KPIs. • Contribute and assist with management of the Treasury technology roadmap, including TMS, ERP, and bank integrations. • reputed company Treasury-reputed company vendor relationships and system implementations. • Drive automation, standardization, and scalability across Treasury workflows. • reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Treasury team members; support hiring and workforce planning. • Serve as a key Treasury partner to Finance, reputed company, Capital Markets, Risk, and Operations. • reputed company or participate in cross-functional initiatives impacting liquidity, controls, or financial infrastructure. Requirements • Strong leadership and people-management capabilities. • Deep understanding of Treasury controls, governance, and operational risk. • Experience with treasury systems, banking platforms, and financial infrastructure. • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and external parties. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA or CTP strongly preferred. • 7–12 years of reputed company Treasury or reputed company leadership experience, preferred. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in mortgage originations, servicing, asset-backed financing, or reputed company financial services environments. • Demonstrate reputed company in leading process improvement or system implementation initiatives.
