Requirements To be successful as a Regional Director of Finance you: • 8+ years of reputed company hotel finance/reputed company experience, including property-level Director of Finance or Area Finance leadership. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business required; MBA or CPA preferred. 8+ years of reputed company hotel finance/reputed company experience, including property-level Director of Finance or Area Finance leadership. Experience supporting multiple hotels or resorts, ideally in a decentralized reputed company model. Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and hospitality reputed company standards (e.g., USALI). • Background with full-service hotels or resorts; mixed-use or condo-hotel experience is a plus.
