As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first human connection for leaders seeking real change. Your role is to show up with presence, curiosity, and discipline, creating space for honest, high-level conversations that lead to clarity and momentum. This isn’t about pushing outcomes or chasing quick wins; it’s about asking sharp questions, listening deeply, and guiding the right people toward the next step with confidence and care. What You’ll Be Doing • Engage warm inbound leads via phone, SMS, and email • Lead structured discovery conversations focused on business goals, challenges, and readiness • Ask sharp, thoughtful questions that help founders articulate what success looks like • Qualify prospects for alignment, decision-making ability, and growth stage • Schedule high-quality conversations for the Closer team • Maintain clean CRM notes, follow-ups, and pipeline organization • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality • Participate in daily huddles, coaching, and continuous training Learning, Ramp-Up & Growth • Immerse quickly by studying content, frameworks, and best practices • Learn closely from top performers and leadership • Ramp-up speed driven by how fast knowledge gaps are closed • Ask questions, seek feedback, and implement coaching consistently • Thrive in environments that reward humility, curiosity, and execution Sales Philosophy • Deliver value through insight, helping prospects see what’s possible with AlterCall’s support, without pushing or forcing outcomes. • Understand that AlterCall’s model combines private equity thinking, marketing, and technology • Balance empathy with confidence — heart-centered, but sharp and professional Who Thrives in This Role • Comfortable speaking with founders and executives running $10M–$50M+ businesses • Confident, composed, and credible in high-level conversations • Passionate about business, strategy, and continuous learning • Experience in SDR, setter, client intake, or consultative sales roles • Exposure to private equity, consulting, or institutional sales is a plus • Values structure, accountability, and clean systems • Coachable, growth-oriented, and aligned with a mission-driven organization How Success Is Measured • Consistent engagement with inbound prospects • Strong alignment between booked conversations and closed outcomes • Sustainable performance over 60–90 day periods • Clear communication, follow-through, and pipeline ownership • Daily Outreach Quota Met: Engage all assigned leads via SMS, email, and DMs within 5 minutes of inquiry • 50%+ Qualified Show Rate: Bookings consistently show up and are a strong, values-aligned fit • 20–25 Booked Calls Per Week: Qualified meetings scheduled for the Closer team from warm inbound leads • Continuous improvement through coaching and feedback What You Can Expect • Steady flow of warm, inbound leads — no cold prospecting • Daily coaching and professional development • Collaborative, purpose-driven team culture • Opportunity to work alongside founders and senior leaders • A role that contributes to meaningful business and personal transformation Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
