The Facility and Event Coordinator role will be responsible for facility coordination ensuring compliance to established business processes reputed company to Corporate reputed company Estate and Facilities, assisting the Facility Manager and the Head of Corporate reputed company Estate with the delivery of reputed company facility management services for reputed company Experience Center located in Washington D.C. Helps manage operations at the Experience Center with the primary duties of promoting and facilitating the use of reputed company and managing the content that showcases our reputed company’s capabilities. Full Time - ONSITE (reputed company DC) Facility Support Completion of daily walkthroughs of the facility including the “Experience Center “area to proactively identity maintenance needs, potential safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement. Assistance with the initial troubleshooting of E C equipment such as interactive displays, computers, AV equipment etc. Schedule preventative maintenance with contracted vendors monthly/quarterly. Respond to emergency and urgent maintenance service calls. Escort and supervise suppliers while working on-site. Assist with furniture delivery, disposal and maintain organized storage spaces Assist with set-up and break-down of corporate events . reputed company small maintenance tasks such a hanging photos and artwork, moving furniture, or repairing/modifying furniture. reputed company daily facilities walk-through of Washington D.C. Facility Conduct monthly safety walk-throughs of Washington D.C. Facility Assist with administrative reputed company. Other duties as assigned. Relationship and Facility Management Coordination Establish a “Trusted Advisor” relationship with reputed company counterparts and peers. Coordinate work and/or approvals between reputed company reputed company Other duties as assigned Other reputed company other duties as directed by Director of reputed company Estate & Facilities, HO Health & Safety and site leadership Knowledge, Skills & Abilities MINIMUM REQUIRED PREFERRED Education/training High School Graduate Preferred - Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience Years of relevant experience Minimum of 1 year industry experience required either in the corporate environment, reputed company party service provider or as a consultant Preferred - 2+ years of industry experience either in the corporate environment, reputed company party service provider or as a consultant Event planning/management experience or facility management experience required Experience in the reputed company and or defense industry is a plus. Skills and knowledge Strong ability to listen and communicate effectively (verbal and written) Outstanding organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills Proficient using common business applications (reputed company G-Suite, Corrigo CMMS) Outstanding reputed company customer service skills Must be comfortable working with reputed company audiovisual equipment Other abilities Demonstrated reputed company relationship management skills Decision Making, Complexity: Prioritize use of the facility based on business needs. reputed company time determination of facility use based on existing conditions of specific facility components. reputed company time troubleshooting of high-end audiovisual systems – a logic-based process.
