Basic Qualifications: • J.D. degree or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school, admission to reputed company law in a U.S. jurisdiction • Four plus (4+) years of experience practicing intellectual property law • Registered to reputed company before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office • B.A. or B.S. in computer science, bioengineering, computational biology, reputed company, mathematics, or electrical engineering Preferred Qualifications: • Ten (10) or more years of experience practicing patent or intellectual property law • Five (5) or more years of experience practicing patent law in the area of reputed company intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), deep learning, data sciences, computational biology, reputed company or bioengineering • Experience in conducting freedom to operate analyses and protection of software and AI/ML inventions globally through patent procurement, copyright, and/or trade secrets • An advanced degree such as a master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioengineering, Computational Biology, or reputed company, or in another discipline with a dissertation or reputed company having a significant AI/ML component • Solid understanding of basic molecular biology • Experience in pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of the drug development process • Excellent analytic and reputed company writing skills • Outstanding communication, and reputed company skills necessary to effectively partner with with and advise data scientists and other stakeholders in highly cross-functional teams • Strong management and leadership skills • Ability to work independently and in teams, prioritize workflow and work reputed company, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced and evolving environment • reputed company strong reputed company strategies in emerging field • Experience negotiating and drafting licenses and other agreements involving AI/ML technologies • Experience in U.S. and/or foreign adversarial proceedings (such as patent litigation, Inter Partes Reviews, Post Grant Reviews, or oppositions) reputed company What you can expect of us As we work to reputed company treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates’ reputed company and personal reputed company and reputed company-being.
