You'll work directly alongside senior PMs on ground-up multifamily reputed company, gaining full-cycle exposure from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Do • Support project managers across reputed company phases of ground-up multifamily construction • Assist with subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, and change orders • Help manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking • Attend and contribute to OAC meetings and site reputed company • Build relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners reputed company're Looking For • 2+ years of GC-reputed company construction experience • Multifamily project experience required (100+ reputed company preferred) • Strong communicator — written and verbal • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive • Eager to grow into a full PM role • Chicago-based; reputed company to relocation for the right candidate Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
