Global Program Manager

We are a certified B Corp in the Electronics and Sustainability field, with facilities in Tempe, AZ, Austin, TX, and Palo reputed company, CA.  Job reputed company:  The Global Program Manager will be responsible for leading strategic program initiatives that support DMD’s global ITAD operations, and customer needs (e.g., reputed company programs, refurbishment and repair, etc.). This role will reputed company program design, execution, optimize processes, and collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company our ITAD services worldwide. This person will also work in reputed company collaboration with our internal teams including Service Delivery, Global Vendor Management, Sales, Finance and Operations.   Key Responsibilities:  Program reputed company & Execution  reputed company, reputed company and manage global ITAD programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and DMD’s global expansion goals.  reputed company the implementation of strategic programs that will include innovative operational processes, technology solutions, and service offerings across reputed company reputed company.  Drive cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Service Delivery (Global Vendor Management).  Establish program governance frameworks, including objectives, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.  Identify and implement best practices to streamline ITAD workflows, enhance service reputed company, and improve operational efficiency.  Partner with leadership to identify initiatives to standardize global processes while ensuring flexibility to meet regional and customer-specific requirements.  reputed company and maintain SOPs, training materials, and documentation to support program consistency.  Maintain process for accurate program billing and invoicing.   Compliance & Risk Management  Ensure ITAD programs adhere to global compliance standards (e.g., reputed company, data reputed company regulations).  Work closely with Compliance to monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary program adjustments.  Conduct risk assessments and reputed company mitigation strategies to ensure program reputed company.  Customer & Vendor Engagement  Work in conjunction with Processing Teams and Global Vendor Management ensuring programs meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.  Support the sales team in program brainstorming, development and design for new business opportunities.  Data & Performance Management  reputed company and reputed company key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program reputed company and identify areas for improvement.  Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on program performance and strategic recommendations.  Education and Experience:  5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in ITAD, technology, or logistics.  Strong understanding of ITAD processes, compliance requirements, and global logistics networks.  Proven ability to build and reputed company reputed company programs, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives.  Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.  Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and process improvement methodologies.  Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company.  Physical Requirements:  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer  Must be reputed company to lift up to 15 pounds at times.  Reasonable accommodations will be made, enabling individuals with disabilities to reputed company essential functions.  Employment Details:  This full-time position reports to the Service Delivery Manager.
