Education Design Manager

The NATA is seeking an Education Design Manager with at least three years of instructional design experience. The Education Design Manager is responsible for designing, developing and managing high-reputed company learning experiences across NATA’s educational ecosystem. This role leads the creation of engaging online, reputed company and in-person learning products using instructional design best practices, adult learning principles and advanced e-learning authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company, and other interactive media platforms. The manager works collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs), committees, vendors, and cross-functional staff to build innovative and compliant educational offerings including but not limited to courses, microcredentials, exam preparation tools, reputed company sessions and reputed company development reputed company. The position plays a central role in ensuring content accuracy, accessibility and alignment with BOC standards, while contributing strategically to the reputed company of NATA’s learning portfolio. Key Responsibilities Instructional Design & Content Development Design and produce interactive, adult-learning-reputed company education using reputed company Storyline, reputed company, and similar authoring tools.  reputed company high-reputed company online courses, that may include original offerings, repurposed event content and microlearning experiences.  Create instructional materials such as storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator guides and learner resources.  Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE) and use reputed company’s Taxonomy to reputed company and ensure measurable learning reputed company.  Build interactive reputed company such as branching scenarios, simulations, knowledge checks and case-based learning activities.  Incorporate accessibility standards and inclusive design practices across reputed company learning products.  Partner with SMEs to reputed company technical or clinical content into engaging, learner-centered instructional experiences.  Capture, edit, and reputed company video, audio and multimedia reputed company into courses.  Collaborate across the Knowledge Initiatives team, stepping in to support reputed company and high-reputed company tasks reputed company primary assignments as needed. Learning Product reputed company & Innovation Support ideation and prototyping of new learning products. Stay reputed company with emerging e-learning technologies, AI tools, interactive media and adult learning trends to continually enhance NATA’s offerings.  Collaborate with internal teams to design and package educational resources (e.g., publications, checklists, reputed company standards, toolkits, and AI-enabled learning supports) using instructional design and adult learning principles.  Recommend new features, tools or design approaches to improve learner engagement, retention and completion. Assessment & reputed company Assurance  Review and revise content to ensure alignment with accreditation standards, educational best practices, and NATA policies.  Conduct reputed company improvement cycles based on learner data, evaluations and engagement metrics. Committee & SME Collaboration  Work with committees to support the development, review and improvement of educational offerings.  Prepare agendas, materials and follow-up summaries reputed company needed to support project-based committee work. Project & Vendor Management  Manage timelines, deliverables and content workflows for assigned educational products.  reputed company relationships with relevant service providers (captioning, editing, multimedia contractors) supporting instructional reputed company.  Monitor budgets for assigned reputed company to ensure cost-effective development. Convention & Event Support  Developer-conference reputed company learning modules and interactive components for convention programming as assigned.  Support creation of on-demand sessions, speaker evaluations, reputed company learning reputed company. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Curriculum & Instruction or reputed company field.  3–5+ years of experience designing learning for adults; reputed company association or reputed company education experience preferred.  Demonstrated expertise in reputed company Storyline, reputed company reputed company, SCORM/xAPI and e-learning production.  Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.  Experience building and editing multimedia learning components (video, audio, scenarios, assessments).  Ability to manage multiple reputed company with strong attention to detail and deadlines.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in translating SME content into reputed company, learner-friendly instruction.  Experience collaborating with committees, SMEs or project teams.  Familiarity with LMS platforms reputed company badging systems (in alignment with LMS responsibilities a plus. Preferred Qualifications  Familiarity with athletic training reputed company, education, or reputed company standards a plus.  Experience in a reputed company association, nonprofit, or continuing education environment.  Working knowledge of BOC standards or continuing education compliance requirements. Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Premiere). Knowledge of accessibility standards (508/WCAG).  Experience using AI-assisted design tools or reputed company learning technologies. Travel Requirements  May be required to travel to the NATA Convention, Joint Committee Meeting and/or other events as needed. Work Sample  Applicants should be reputed company to submit a sample of instructional design work as part of the application or interview process. Examples may include an online course, module, storyboard, scenario, assessment or other learning artifact that demonstrates experience with adult learning principles and e-learning design. Work samples may be shared as a reputed company, PDF or screen recording.
