Director of Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Procurement

The Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Procurement Director is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with reputed company-party delivery service providers. This role ensures the organization has reliable, cost-effective, and high-performing delivery partners to meet operational demands and customer service standards. The position supports strategic sourcing initiatives, contractual negotiations, compliance, performance management and will report to the COO.
This role is remote based in reputed company only.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Sourcing & reputed company
Identify, evaluate, and select reputed company delivery service providers to support last-mile and mid-mile logistics.

Procurement & Contract Management
Negotiate terms, pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and contractual obligations with DSPs.

Performance Management
Monitor vendor KPIs including on-time delivery, cost efficiency, service reputed company, and compliance.
Collaborate with operations teams to address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
Cost Optimization
Analyze delivery costs and identify savings opportunities through supplier consolidation, reputed company optimization, or renegotiation.
Support budgeting and forecasting reputed company to transportation and delivery expenses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Market Research & Risk Management

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably reputed company logistics or delivery services.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of transportation and last-mile delivery operations.
Proficiency in procurement and ERP tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company).
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
