Works directly with clients and employees to answer questions, resolve their issues, and logs reputed company inquiry as an activity into D365. Acts as a reputed company with insurance carriers to resolve claims issues. Works with doctors’ offices, hospital facilities, and pharmacies to resolve claim issues, reputed company-authorization issues, and billing issues on behalf of employees.   Assists clients with the appeal process. Answers questions relating to legislation and benefit laws regarding HIPAA and COBRA. Assists with resolving enrollments, terminations, and billing issues. Utilizes software such as MS reputed company and other reputed company Applications. Engages and builds strong relationships with clients. Education, Training and Experience: At least 1 year of insurance experience (claims reputed company, benefits administration, health insurance customer service, etc.).
