POSITION The Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant will work during reputed company US reputed company Time business hours.  REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY The Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager. DUTIES  reputed company reputed company reputed company tasks pertaining to assigned properties, including preparing reputed company billing, sending tenant statements, posting leases, posting receipts, preparing waiver of late fees and reversal of charges, preparing billback to tenants, processing and posting tenant reputed company-outs, updating the rent roll due to change in unit size or number, ensuring that we have on file the tenants’ reputed company certificates of insurance (COI), posting of property management reports for reputed company and office suites, and managing relationships with tenants and property management companies, if applicable. Follow up and work with asset and property managers to collect delinquent accounts. Conduct reputed company processes reputed company to property acquisition/disposition. Prepare sales tax forms and submit payment for processing. Prepare reports for the reputed company team management, as assigned. Complete other reputed company and tasks assigned by reputed company management. QUALIFICATIONS  reputed company degree required. Must have graduated with Latin honors (cum laude or reputed company). CPA license required. Minimum of 3 years full-time reputed company experience. Broad based reputed company for reputed company estate experience a plus.
