With a strong commitment to our Heart At Work Behaviors, we empower our team members to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and communities. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (2nd Shift) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. You will also be involved in triaging customer service requests, calculating and verifying correct dosages, and maintaining accurate customer records. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. **A Day in the Life** As a member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for: * Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy * Providing exceptional customer service to our patients, including answering questions and resolving issues * Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required * Calculating and/or verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions * Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner * Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags * Creating and maintaining accurate customer records **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** arenaflex provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings.
