You will also be involved in triaging customer service requests, calculating and verifying correct dosages, and maintaining accurate customer records. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. **A Day in the Life** As a member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for: * Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy * Providing exceptional customer service to our patients, including answering questions and resolving issues * Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required * Calculating and/or verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions * Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner * Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags * Creating and maintaining accurate customer records **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** arenaflex provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings.
