Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers and patients, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality products. **Job Summary** As a Compliance Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of compliance checking programs, managing risk assessments, and utilizing business intelligence tools for data analysis. You will work closely with our team to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will also be responsible for creating and presenting reports to business leaders to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute compliance checking programs to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements * Manage risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks * Utilize business intelligence tools, such as Business Items, Cognos, Scene, and Stars, for data analysis and reporting * Create and present reports to business leaders to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance risks * Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, law, or healthcare * At least 2 years of experience in compliance or risk management, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and present reports to business leaders * Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Business Items, Cognos, Scene, and Stars * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field, such as business, law, or healthcare * At least 5 years of experience in compliance or risk management, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry * Experience working with private or sensitive data * Experience creating and presenting presentations to different audience levels within the organization * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and present reports to business leaders * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
