With a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee development, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. **The Opportunity** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service - Exit Booth Agent at the Philadelphia International Airport. As an Exit Booth Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their rental experience is seamless and enjoyable. You'll be responsible for: * Providing a high level of customer service to customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their rental needs * Offering company-approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers * Facilitating the rental process through verifying all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience * Preparing all rental documents accurately and completely * Verifying car information and VIN number for security and car control * Providing additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering our refueling option * Maintaining the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image * Ensuring that the "Booth" is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of our customers * Providing all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth * Making eye contact and greeting all customers; thanking customer at the conclusion of all transactions * Assisting customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information; effectively and efficiently resolving all customer service issues as necessary * Performing other customer service-related duties, in addition to those listed, to ensure our service levels meet the needs of the customer * Processing Returns as necessary **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive hourly rate starting at $15.75/hour * Opportunities to earn up to $1,100 monthly in commission bonuses * Paid time off * Employee rental car discounts * Retirement savings plan including 401(k) with matching profit sharing * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your career **Schedule** We're looking for someone who can commit to the following schedule: * Monday: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM * Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM * Friday: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM * Saturday: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * To be at least 18 years old * A minimum of 2 years of retail customer service experience * A current and valid driver's license * Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future * To be living within 30 minutes of the Philadelphia International Airport * Ability to work the specified schedule **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed.
