Our Data Ventures team is a nimble startup incubated within arenaflex, building a cutting-edge suite of data products that provide actionable, customer-centric insights to inform business decisions. **Job Responsibilities** As a Staff Data Scientist, you will be responsible for: * **Data Source Identification**: Identify relevant data sources, define data requirements, and extract data for analysis. Review deliverables from junior colleagues and provide guidance. * **Problem Formulation**: Analyze business problems, question assumptions, and identify solutions. Develop data analytics, machine learning, and automation goals, and outline key metrics to measure progress. * **Analytical Modeling**: Select suitable modeling strategies for complex problems with multiple data sources. Develop variables and features iteratively based on model responses.
