Our commitment to innovation, creativity, and excellence has made us a household name, and we continue to strive for greatness in everything we do. **About the Role** As a Full Stack Data Scientist on our Ads Data Solution Research team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing data models to drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Analytics, Finance, Business Operations, Commerce Product, and Engineering, to develop and implement data-driven solutions to complex business challenges. Your expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization will be critical in driving business outcomes and informing strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and enhance data models to drive business growth and innovation * Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Drive experimentation to test the effectiveness of data models and optimize business outcomes * Develop deep insights on audience, brand, and ad operational data systems and metrics * Visualize complex data units to communicate actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences * Partner with business stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities for growth and innovation * Develop and maintain data architecture and infrastructure to support data modeling and analytics **Essential Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Statistics) * 7+ years of experience designing, building, and comparing realistic systems knowledge solutions * 7+ years of experience with statistical programming languages (e.g. Python, Spark, PySpark) and database languages (e.g. SQL) * Strong analytical skills and a high level of data knowledge * Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical **Nice-to-Haves** * Doctorate's degree in a quantitative field * Strong knowledge of Python and libraries such as sci-kit-learn, SciPy * Familiarity with Bayesian modeling and probabilistic programming applications such as PyMC * Familiarity with data structures and programs such as Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake, Airflow, Github * Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker * Demonstrated experience in choosing the right statistical tools given a data analysis problem * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities * Strong leadership experience, including people and project management **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $25-45/hour * Opportunity to work with a global leader in entertainment, media, and technology * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data scientist looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [arenaflex Careers Page](https://arenaflex.com/careers).
