**Work from Home Requirements**
As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. To ensure a seamless experience, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with:
* Windows 10 or later
* Wired Ethernet LAN connection
* Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISPs are not permitted)
* A minimum of 4GB RAM
**Internet Connection Requirements**
To ensure a stable and fast internet connection, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
* ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
**Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Service Expert, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling if required
**Qualifications**
We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
