**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team
* Performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
* Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
* Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support data-driven decision-making

**Essential Qualifications**
