As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
* Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with arenaflex.
* Providing customers with our organization's service standards and ensuring that they understand our products and services.
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management to ensure that they're addressed promptly and effectively.
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
* Following up on complicated customer calls to ensure that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system.
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to ensure that our customers' concerns are addressed and resolved.
* Performing other duties as assigned by management to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
* Positive attitude and energy, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
