**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform mechanical services and light maintenance on soft drink fountain equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
* Investigate and identify issues with pop fountain equipment, taking corrective action to prevent future problems.
* Maintain a positive attitude, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement customer-centric solutions to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert support to customers.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude to repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, business administration)
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
* Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and maintenance procedures
