If you're a problem-solver who enjoys interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, and you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues in our client software applications for clinical trials * Documenting all call information according to Quality Assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures * Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures * Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at all times * Adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A college degree (preferred) and at least one year of applicable experience * Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint * Strong troubleshooting skills * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level * Strong phone skills * Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills appropriately to resolve daily issues * Ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations * COVID-19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates who possess: * Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese * Strong commitment to customer service * Experience working in a remote environment **Training and Onboarding** Our training program is designed to help you succeed in this role.
