Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in promoting our brand and engaging with our customers through various marketing channels. Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of arenaflex's marketing and customer engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with our brand values and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and manage the Client Commitment unified marketing and security line, including reporting new checking processes.
- Aid in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Oversee project-specific direction and recommended strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future developments.
- Support the execution of arenaflex's marketing and customer engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with our brand values and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our marketing strategies and customer engagement efforts.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in a marketing or customer engagement role, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including process streams and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
