Our team's charter is to build systems and programs that help customers discover, choose, purchase, and use arenaflex Devices, including Amazon Echo & Alexa products, Fire Tablets, Kindle E-readers, and Fire TV products, and more. We are a global team that works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and drive customer experience improvements. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead the growth of our Device Installments business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a suite of payment products, including arenaflex's own Monthly Payment product, and other products such as Affirm and credit card payment options. You will lead initiatives to drive customer discovery and understanding of different payment options, work with a dedicated engineering team, and influence partner teams in other organizations to drive the product roadmap. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage a significant P&L, inspecting both inputs and outputs to achieve financial goals. * Define a world-class online customer experience for arenaflex devices; write working backwards docs to succinctly capture the envisioned customer benefit and functional requirements. * Lead discussion and thinking with the highest-level stakeholders to push into testing new ideas.
