**Experienced Claims Customer Service Representative – Automotive Warranty Coverage and Claims Support**

If you're a bright, outgoing, and energetic individual with a passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you! **Job Summary** As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing expert guidance and support to customers, agents, dealers, and internal staff on various levels of contract coverage and claims processes. You'll be responsible for analyzing information in our Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers on benefit amounts, requesting and distributing internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department, and managing workflow to complete all requests and documents according to established procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze information in Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts * Request and distribute internal information to aid Claims Adjudication Department * Answer phone and email inquiries and provide information and explanations on the various levels of contract coverage, and claims processes * Manage workflow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures * Be a team member, work effectively in a friendly team environment * Be interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management * Perform other job duties as assigned **Key to Success** * Minimum High School graduate or GED required * Strong organizational and customer service skills with ability to problem solve and multi-task, must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry skills * The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff/upper management, and customers, call center experience preferred * Proficient working on a PC, working knowledge of MS Office, able to learn new programs quickly, type at least 35 wpm, and document information while discussing the claim over the phone * Automotive Service Department experience preferred.
