As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering their calls regarding EOBs and research balances, managing patient refunds, and processing patient payments. If you're a self-motivated, multitasking, and team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer patient calls regarding EOBs and research balances * Manage patient refunds * Process patient payments * Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and guests * Consistently demonstrate extensive attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills * Collaborate with the revenue cycle management team to resolve patient inquiries and issues **Requirements** * A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections * Current knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare * Thorough understanding of EOBs and the ability to effectively communicate by phone and in writing with patients * Consistently demonstrate extensive attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills * Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to clients, guests, and patients * Self-motivated, multitasking, and a team player **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration) preferred * Current knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare * Experience with medical billing software and systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a revenue cycle management or medical billing environment * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance * Experience with patient communication and customer service * Certification in medical billing or a related field (e.g., CPC, CMC) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving * Team-oriented and collaborative mindset **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our staff and providing opportunities for career growth and development.
