As a key member of our multicultural team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches * Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates * Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area * Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates that apply to them * Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proactivity and ability to work in a team * Marked attention to detail in daily work * 1+ previous work experience (is a plus) * Advanced English level **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience in data entry or a related field * Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with data entry software and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your professional growth and development.
