**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and be committed to creating a top-notch experience for our customers and partners.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality service and support to customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text
* Solving problems and thoughtfully addressing issues experienced by customers and partners
* Acting as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
* Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
* A positive attitude and passion for success
* Exceptional time management skills
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
* Able to type 50+ WPM
* College degree or equivalent work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or technology industry
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Knowledge of car repair and maintenance procedures
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
