**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing a positive experience for our customers through telephone and email interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude while interacting with customers, colleagues, and management
* Build rapport with customers and establish a strong relationship
* Maintain accurate records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required
* Be proficient in working multiple subordinate tasks and consistently review educational materials
* Clearly communicate all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Special Offers, to customers
* May lead phases of preparation to sellers on Advancements and Special Offers
* May lead post-purchase Advancements reviews with customers
* Adhere to all established policies and procedures
* May be required to work in a Contact Center Channel
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
* **Capabilities:**
+ Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
+ Positive outlook
+ Strong work ethic
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
+ Ability to learn quickly
+ Excellent analytical skills
* **Necessities:**
+ When training is complete, Quality Screens scores should meet the minimum standards of 95% or above
+ Should type at least 35 wpm
+ Should maintain an excellent Participation and Reliability record (see Participation strategy for details)
