About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Phone and Chat Specialist to join reputed company. As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying the credentials of nurses who have selected reputed company facilities to work with. You will also be handling follow-up phone calls with nurses to confirm the status of their shifts. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will reputed company you to reputed company top-notch customer service to our nurses and reputed company facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a reputed company manner
• Manage multiple chat channels at one time
• Follow communication "scripts" reputed company handling different topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service or customer support experience

Pay & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Starting pay - $14/hour, plus shift reputed company (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
• Work hours - Shifts between 6:00am-6:00pm (MST) Work Days - Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
• reputed company - 3 weeks in length from 7:00am-4:00pm Mon-Fri (MST)
• Status - Full Time 40 hours
