In this role, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making a positive impact on the lives of families and Au Pairs in your locality. You will be responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships, providing essential information and support, and facilitating family success. **Key Responsibilities**
• **Provide Essential Support and Information**: Offer guidance and support to Host Families and Au Pairs throughout the matching process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
• **Clarify Regulations and Policies**: Clearly communicate program requirements, regulations, and policies to both Host Families and Au Pairs, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• **Conduct In-Home Family Interviews and Site Visits**: Meet with families and Au Pairs in their homes to discuss program requirements, answer questions, and provide support.
• **Facilitate In-Home Orientations**: Welcome newly arrived Au Pairs into their host families' homes, providing a warm and supportive introduction to their new environment.
• **Maintain Regular Communication**: Schedule regular calls and in-person meetings with families and Au Pairs to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
• **Organize Cultural Events**: Plan and host cultural events for Au Pairs, promoting cross-cultural understanding and exchange.
• **Collaborate with Headquarters Staff**: Work closely with arenaflex staff to enhance support for families and Au Pairs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• **Build Personal Connections**: Foster strong relationships with families and Au Pairs, providing a personal touch and ensuring their success.
• **Implement Marketing Initiatives**: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote arenaflex's program and services, aligning with headquarters' goals and objectives.
• **Manage Crisis Situations**: Respond professionally and efficiently to crisis situations, resolving conflicts and ensuring the well-being of families and Au Pairs.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Compensation is tiered based on the number of active families in your service area. As you grow your cluster, your estimated annual income will increase accordingly. For example, supporting 6 families typically requires around 1.4 hours per week, yielding an estimated annual income of up to $4,500. As you expand your cluster to 11 families, your weekly hours may increase to around 3.0, equating to an estimated annual income of up to $9,300. As an independent contractor, you will receive monthly payments for the deliverables of the previous month. The approximate hourly rate is around $60, subject to adjustments based on client circumstances throughout the year.
