**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners
* Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responding to changing priorities and deadlines
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
* Utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business results
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
**Key Responsibilities by Group**
You will be assigned to one of the following groups:
* **Load Control Center**: Work with the Load Control Center team to ensure accurate and efficient loading of aircraft, while maintaining compliance with manufacturer and company regulations.
* **Fuel Methodology**: Collaborate with the Fuel Methodology team to develop and implement strategies for fuel efficiency, reducing costs and improving overall performance.

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with airline operations, customer service, or a related field
* History of leadership roles, including student and community organizations
