**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Promoting and selling arenaflex products and services to customers
* Providing support with passenger check-in and load acceptance
* Interpreting authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
* Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times
* Providing support to distressed passengers and customers
* Protecting company assets and revenue
* Possessing the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties
* Using organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe
* Being self-motivated and requiring minimum supervision
* Responding and assisting during safety and emergency situations
* Following internal and external regulations and procedures
* May be required to drive and operate air stairs to various types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers
* Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees
* May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities
**What You'll Need for Success:**
To be successful as a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A high school degree or GED
* The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
* Bilingual language skills are required in some locations
* An applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
* Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
* Must be able to obtain stable suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
* Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
* Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis
