Speech Language Pathologist (Full time, Remote)

Teletalk Therapy LLC is a small teletherapy company that works exclusively with Alaska school districts. Teletalk is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year with a contract start date of August 15th, 2026 and end date of July 31st, 2027. The full time position will work with a full caseload of students via teletherapy. All services will be provided via Zoom and will be based on a school schedule in the Alaska Standard Time zone (start time around 8:30aAKST and end time around 3:30pAKST). The SLP will complete evaluations, provide direct therapy service, write reports, attend IEP meetings, consult with parents, teachers and staff, and attend Teletalk team meetings. Candidates should demonstrate the following: • Strong clinical writing skills • Strong clinical skills • Ability to work independently • Experience with school age population • Ability to work as a team member and collaborate with other professionals • Interest in providing culturally-sensitive therapy and expanding knowledge related to servicing rural communities Position Details Salary: determined based on experience, $58,000-$80,000 Hours per week: 37.5 hours Position Benefits: • sick time, personal days, vacation days • Individual Coverage Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) with monthly employer contributions • reimbursement for CEU’s and materials up to $300 • access to therapy materials and resources (Ultimate SLP, GoGospeech,etc.) • employees are paid a set salary with paychecks received biweekly • no productivity standards.
