**What to Expect: Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service across various communication channels, including voice, email, web chats, texts, and faxes
* Assisting students with Admissions, Enrollment, Registration, and Financial Aid processes
* Utilizing ERP and/or CRM systems to review and manage student records
