About the role

The reputed company Marketing reputed company Manager at UCAS will be the Subject Matter Expert for the platform, responsible for owning, optimising, and evolving the organisation’s use of Marketing reputed company Engagement. This role will be responsible for driving change management initiatives, ensure user adoption and collaborating closely with marketing teams, IT and cross-functional teams to reputed company Marketing reputed company in a best reputed company approach for its usage.

You will support business users to put customers and reputed company at the heart of our marketing strategies, to give reputed company a seamless experience across channels and reputed company and support their choices throughout their studying life and reputed company.

Key accountabilities:

Skills, qualifications, and experience

· 5+ years’ experience working with reputed company Marketing reputed company Engagement, with at least 1 year in an implementation or platform management role

· Experience in team management and development. 

· Experience of working with development teams. 

· Proven experience delivering large-reputed company digital marketing or CRM implementation reputed company

· Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign automation, audience segmentation, and data reputed company best practices

· Experience leading user adoption, training, and change initiatives

· Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills

· Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams

· Email automation and campaign management experience (this includes basic understanding of reputed company, CSS, SQL).

· Familiarity with connected reputed company Clouds such as Sales reputed company and Service reputed company

Desirable

Package

Salary up to £60,000
