**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Debt Resolution Program**

**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote Debt Resolution Program team, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing the highest level of customer service and delivering on retention goals as part of the Client Services Team
* Ensuring all client questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly
* Building rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication via phone and email
* Using our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and clarity
* Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure the client's success in completing the program and other key retention activity throughout the program
* Taking and managing escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism
* Working hand in hand with other supporting departments to ensure our client's success in the program
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of call center experience (preferred but not required)
* Fluency in Spanish (a plus)
* 1 year of customer service experience (required), with call center experience preferred
* Reliable internet speeds required
* A positive attitude, team player, and empathy to hardship
* Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
* Experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity
* Financial services experience, especially in banking, personal loans, and credit cards (a plus)
* Previous debt settlement experience (a huge plus!)
* A strong work ethic and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
