**About the Role**
As a Data Entry Clerk for the Imports Team at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services. You'll be responsible for managing import customer service, maintaining accurate data entry processes within our Cargowise system, and providing exceptional support to our import clients. **Responsibilities**
* Ensure manual data entry into the Cargowise system is executed accurately and swiftly, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and quality.
* Offer excellent customer service to import clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Monitor customer accounts, making sure they are up-to-date and accurate, and take appropriate actions based on customer account status.
* Assist in the implementation of Cargowise, contributing to the improvement of our logistics operations and ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
* Maintain comprehensive records of customer credit applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately.
* Support the team in managing import containers, ensuring their proper handling in our logistics operations and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
* Achieve 99% accuracy rate in data entry processes within the Cargowise system.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues within 24 hours.
* Maintain a 95% customer satisfaction rate.
* Implement Cargowise improvements, resulting in a 20% increase in logistics efficiency.
* Process customer credit applications within 48 hours.
**Requirements**
* Minimum of 1 year experience working within a logistics or similar industry, with a proven track record of success.
* Proven experience in a data entry role, with a strong understanding of data entry processes and procedures.
* Proficiency in using Cargowise software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
* Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all data entry processes.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
