As a key member of our remote call center team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who may be eligible for compensation, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a full-stack customer service professional, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing exceptional customer experiences. If you're a motivated and competitive individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** * Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for compensation * Handle a high volume of calls, speaking to 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 potential qualifiers * Multitask, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to provide exceptional customer experiences * Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates * Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately * Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position * Adhere to all company policies and procedures * Assist with other projects as needed * Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently **What We're Looking For:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Competitive and motivated individual who thrives in a performance-based environment * Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with a strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction **Requirements:** * Must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey * Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace * Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with: + 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU * High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet) * Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30) * Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience * 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate, with commissions and bonuses, resulting in a total compensation package of up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Health Insurance + Vision & Dental Coverage + Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) * Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Work Environment and Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
