**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for processing incoming orders and returns, preparing and sorting documents for data entry, reviewing and entering data updates in our systems, and performing other office tasks as needed. **Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing incoming orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner
* Preparing and sorting documents for data entry, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate
* Reviewing and entering data updates in our systems, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate
* Reviewing discrepancies in data received and taking corrective action as needed
* Organizing monthly sales reporting, ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete
* Performing all other office tasks as needed, including answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Previous experience in data entry or other related fields (1-2 years preferred)
* Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Deadline and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related tools, including Google Suite and other cloud-based applications
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel (preferred)

* Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools, including Tableau and Power BI
* Experience with cloud-based applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office 365
* Certification in data entry or related fields, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA)

**Schedule**
