**The Role**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote opportunity, so you'll need to be self-motivated and able to work independently, but also be a team player who can collaborate with our team to achieve our goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
* Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with arenaflex
* Providing customers with our service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures
* Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
* Following up on complicated customer calls where required
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual a plus (but not required)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
* Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
* Bilingual or multilingual
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
