**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Consultant - Streaming Support at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. Your passion for streaming and entertainment will shine through in your interactions with callers, as you troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to their queries. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers, resolving issues and answering queries related to streaming services
* Troubleshoot technical issues with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
* Utilize CRM applications to manage customer interactions and provide personalized support
* Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
* Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
* Basic PC keyboarding skills, with Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Technical support experience, with strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
* Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
**Requirements for Remote Work**
To work from home, you'll need:
* Excellent internet connectivity, with internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
* Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
