As a Product Tester, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, providing valuable feedback to companies and market research firms. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to earn extra income, learn about new products and services, and contribute to the development of innovative products that shape the market. **Key Responsibilities** As a Product Tester, your main duties will include: * Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.) * Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly * Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.) * Participating in private chat rooms that are opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested * Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project * Using MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses) for some projects **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Ability to follow specific instructions and maintain attention to detail * A curious spirit and willingness to learn about new products and services * Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine * Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection * Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures * Honesty and reliability * Good communication skills (written and verbal) * Be at least 18 years old **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Previous experience in customer service or market research * Familiarity with product testing and market research methodologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Benefits** As a Product Tester with arenaflex, you will enjoy: * Very competitive pay rate (between $25/hour and $45/hour, depending on the project) * Weekly pay through direct deposit or cheque * Flexible scheduling to work around your own schedule * Opportunity to learn about an exciting industry and gain valuable insights * Telecommute (work from home, work, or school) * Most of the time, you can keep the product you tested **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
