**Job Summary**
As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. You will work in a closed-door pharmacy setting, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and customers.
**Day In The Life**
As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
* **Order Entry**: You will be responsible for entering orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our patients and customers receive their medications in a timely manner.
* **Customer Service**: You will provide exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* **Collaboration**: You will work closely with other team members, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure that our medication dispensing process is accurate and efficient.
* **Data Management**: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our patients and customers, including their medication histories and allergies.
* **Quality Control**: You will participate in quality control activities to ensure that our medication dispensing process meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* **Certification/Licensed/Registered Pharmacy Technician**: You must be certified, licensed, or registered as a pharmacy technician in your state.
* **One (1) or More Years of Experience**: You must have at least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center.
* **Verifiable High School Diploma or GED**: You must have a verifiable high school diploma or GED.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* **Prior Experience in the Long-Term Care Industry**: You must have prior experience working in the long-term care industry.
* **PTCB National Certification**: You must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
* **$17.00 - $28.46**: This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
