**Job Responsibilities**
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that drive business improvements in our global contact center support operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Driving Business Outcomes**: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
* **Analyzing Complex Data**: Design and execute analytical projects to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets, using tools such as SQL, Python, and statistical modeling.
* **Communicating Insights**: Present complex analytical findings to senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, using clear, concise language and visualizations.
* **Leading a Team**: Mentor and develop individual contributors, providing guidance on analytical techniques, data visualization, and communication best practices.
* **Collaborating with Stakeholders**: Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and technical teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
**Key Capabilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
* **Proven Experience in Analytics**: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
* **Quantitative Analysis**: Advanced skills in statistical modeling, data visualization, and data mining, with experience working with large datasets and complex data systems.
* **Business Acumen**: Strong understanding of business operations, customer behavior, and market trends, with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
* **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.

**Education and Experience**
